I assume they're ignoring that because Arkillo is one of very few recognizable yellow lanterns so of course they want him in a big GLC vs SC story and forgetting his construct fingers is just continuity error

or I guess you could assume Walker helped heal his fingers off panel, since Walker initially regrew his tongue

and it sounds like Venditti has a story with the Blue Lanterns coming up so I guess he'll be using Walker then

would have been neat to actually see him and Arkillo show up in other books since they were on earth though
