Depends on how you mean.
If you think it's just hotter as an idea then it seems obvious. You're attracted to women, so the idea of a woman being behind the porn is kind of hot rather than a dude which is either repulsive or just there.
If you think they make better quality porn then I think it's probably just a kind of confirmation bias. Good porn artists especially exceptional ones are pretty rare, getting to know anything about porn artists is rare be it their name or gender or any of that, then ones who actually reveal themselves as women is also rare. So it kind of cuts down to artists you're willing to commit to memory that you know are female stand out a bit more than everyone else. The female artists you're aware of are good, and you remind yourself of their gender more than their male counterparts. Meanwhile you're not really aware of shitty female artist because they were never really brought to your attention.
