It's not about the fictional characters feelings, it's about you and what you're attracted to. The fact you find characters drawn with cute, childlike features and a childish/teenage personality arousing

I mean I don't personally care, the internet is the place for people to be their weird selves, or used to be, but that's what it is. They're not defending characters, they're attacking you. Also they don't want to see it and they don't want sexualizing minors (again it's not the characters they're worried about but the existence of the attraction) to be "normalized" so they try to snuff it out

I mean I always thought porn of kids in cartoons was gross despite browsing places like here for years, but whatever it's the internet, I'd either find the humor in it or ignore it. And sometimes get off to it. I'm sure most people who liked it were always aware it was bad, I mean telling someone they probably jack it to cartoon porn is basically calling them a massive degenerate, but now there's few places where people can be shitty in peace without someone thinking it's their responsibility to judge them

If this is about J Scott Campbell's Iron Man cover, "the sexualization of young black women" is a big issue for intersectional feminists. Almost as big an issue as people not wanting to have sex with black women. Because fuck logical sense.

I still hold that people who get butthurt over this are actually so aroused by it that it wrecks their self image. They cannot deal with it so they project all sorts of things on people who enjoy such materials. The true problem comes into play here, and true defeat - these people, be they liberals or the (now mostly non-existent) religious right have no internalized morality. They fear their own arousal and that they will act on it in real life unless there are laws and restrictions in place. They are incredibly empty and fragile.

To make it amusing however any fan of these materials inevitably cannot escape the conclusion that it doesn't correlate to real life at all. The fictional representation is divorced from reality to a massive degree and you cannot hop across this chasm, and the vast majority never even considers it - because reality doesn't interest them sexually.

In other words the weirdos are actually far better people by their own merit, while the above mentioned require a threat of violence and incarceration to keep themselves in line.

I think a part of it may be gubmints cracking down on drawn pics being treated as child porn. A few places have already done it and other countries are starting to jump in the bandwagon.

The rest of the internet was never cool with it and some of that has been leaking into 4chan for years.
