To kickstart this thread I will be drawing Ninja Turtles character sketches. Give me a character and I'll probably end up drawing him/her. Here's a Renet I did when I did this some time ago.

I guess I could start it off and mention my three favorite artists from the IDW comic. I'd say it's Ben Bates, Mateus Santolouco and Sophie Campbell. My favorite turtle is probably Raphael. My favorite villain is Shredder. My favorite movie is the first one from 1990. Favorite game is Turtles in Time. And here is the inked Renet.

I think it was related to 2007 movie, but I don't remember now.

Ah okey. No offense but I don't see how you got 2012 from Smash-Up? All I see is 2007 versions and 2003 Shredder with a Krang/Ch'rell armor that I have not seen before.

is the game any good?

Turtles in Time is best game. Arcade of course. I know you said no Turtles in Time, but it's just the best.

Back in the day when I was in high school and this game was released, it was amazing to get 3 other people on an arcade machine. My school would have yearly trips to a place called Skate Country. It was just a roller rink, but it had the best arcade games. Turtles in Time, the Simpsons, House of the Dead, etc. We actually beat the game (and others)by cycling in players and coins so we'd never have to restart the game from the beginning. Those were good times.

I picked up the IDW collector's edition a few months ago, it's enjoyable and (vol 6?) is on my purchase list.

Favorite turtle is Don.

are there any recs for tmnt books?

I read Mirage Vol1 and it was OK. Should I just keep going or is there's something else in particular?

Mirage is original and great. It gets better as it goes. Pick up ay least the first Tales too. Some of that should have been in the hardcover.

Read the IDW series too. Great synthesis of every version of the TMNT yet. Get the IDW Collection hardcovers. Every tie in in proper reading order.
