Just finished rewatching Over the Garden Wall in the spirit of the season.
It's literally a perfect show.
It's great. I love the amount of thought and care that went into it. Wouldn't call it perfect, though, if only because I found the Endicott episode rather weak.

I think we're all a bit burnt out from the other thread that started on Monday and lasted three days anon.
That said, the watch along should be coming up any day now, so discussion will probably pick back up thenI preordered the soundtrack after watching it
Good shit.

I don't know what a perfect show is but this comes definitely close, I mean I wouldn't know where to start praising it

It would be perfect if it was not missing transitions.
The series was supposed to have more episodes originally, which explains why some of the story is missing.
Sara
Beatrice
Lorna

Nigga what? John Cleese's deliveries make that episode the funniest in the series.
>What if I'm on - on the - on the - on the brink of... HM. MADNESS.

The creator didn't want more episodes

apart from some animation errors yeah i guess it is
Can someone storytime the current (2016) ongoing?
Why didn't Wirt just ride Beatrice's family to Mount Doom?

I think it's a perfect length as it is. It doesn't feel rushed, yet it doesn't drag on. It's very easy to sit down and marathon. I've seen it like 10 times in the past year, and I'm still down to watch it. It's just a really well constructed show.

Also:
This is French Rococo. It doesn't match Endicott's Georgian sensibilities.
What what WHAT???
