>>
>>86788860
Eh, if you wanted to end it on a downer note, yeah. Or I could see Jones giving his life to make it go into Remission like those stories you hear about ever now and then about Cancer Vanishing on its own.

>>
>>86788036
>>86789091

I've actually thought about this exact scenario for the franchise. The idea of chemotherapy as millions of soldiers marching through Frank/Hector's body to help combat the cancer-zombies was one scenario.

Also, Drix stuffing Ozzy into his dispenser ala the movie and shooting him out of the middle of a cancerous cell hoard while Drix is stuck.
>>
>>86789869
I imagine these Zombies cancerous cells as a cult that worships cancer itself. Promoting insanity and madness and such. Shadow Over Innsmouth for example. Just knowing about the existence of Cancer allows it to hold sway over you.

I think cancer would be basically rioters or revolutionaries, fighting the system to do things their own way.
>>
>>86790516

Speaking of which, which one does /co/ find more patrician?

The show didn't have those awful live-action scenes, but it seemed to lose the cool, badass tone and clever humor of the movie in favor of generic Saturday morning cartoon silly antics.

And for some reason, Frank went back to being a slob in the show even though he learned his lesson at the end of the movie. Even though the show was written by the *same guy* (Marc Hyman) who wrote the movie. Either it's a retcon, or the guy chose not to rewatch the movie he created.

But at the beginning of the show, before they get sucked out, Frank is shown to be a fantasy again, even though he supposedly learned his lesson at the end of the movie.

The live action scenes weren't good, but they added a lot more gravity to everything that was going on compared to animated teenager problems. Though I suppose that also could have just been because the show was dumbed down so much.

Ahhh. Back when Star Wars was good.

Osmosis Jones is better(outside of the LA parts, we really need someone to make a "Frank-less" cut of the movie that cuts all the outside Frank scenes except for the absolute bare minimum), but the show is pretty good overall too(minus some of those parts in the first season where they reused footage from the movie despite how much of a jarring style difference is visible)

it does, but the first 5-10 minutes or so of the first episode take place inside of Frank before we move over to Hector

Grievous is a great villain, though I'm speaking mainly of the RotS / TCW version. He's sort of a mid-tier villain who can run in the big leagues with stronger heroes villains. Plus, he pretty much holds the Confederacy together, because even once Dooku is dead, the Separatists remain a threat as long as Grievous is around.

I suppose Grievous really is the Vader to Dooku's Sidious, since he's usually tasked with the really important things that need to get done like wiping out the Night Sisters, defeating Darth Maul, or kidnapping the Chancellor.

And in-universe his image is pretty interesting too, since Dooku is viewed as the CIS' benevolent leader, while Grievous is seen as that crazy general who goes around bombarding planets and stuff. Every young Jedi wants to be the one to defeat him, and the Republic as a whole thinks of him as the real threat behind the Confederacy... While at the same time you have Jedi like Obi-Wan who are just kind of like "Oh yeah, Grievous, huh?" 'cause while on a good day he's a strong opponent , the other half of the time he's getting his ass handed to him by Gungans (even if he does always manage to escape somehow). But I suppose that's part of why he's a fun villain. Though, he still managed to defeat the likes of Ventress and Maul (and I doubt Ventress could've managed that as she even lost to his novice brother), so points for that. If nothing else, he's a fun villain.

>>
>>86807925

I wouldn't say there's any real way to rank villains as it's all dependent on the setting and how the villain itself is written.

Take Aku for example, he would clearly fall on the "meh" tier of that list because he's just in it for himself and he cares nothing for anyone around him. But people fucking adore Aku because he's god damn hilarious, legitimately terrifying at times and overall just the kind of villain you could watch over and over and over. If you asked most people where Aku should be on that list, they'd at the very least put him in High tier if not Great or Elder God.

Only based on the idea that he outright refuses to make more of himself like an actual virus and being obsessed with killing people as fast as possible. What's more scary is the thought that there are other samples that are out there... But he's only killed three people so far. So, there's that.
