It was back in 2007 and we were in Sydney on a break from High School. well the important part of /ss/ is the boy's age, the girl's is much less important, so I'd probably have it be in the vein of Dipper/Wendy or Aang/Katara, where the older girl is only about 2-4 years older and is still a teen herself, as for exact scenario, well I did have one that I thought of a while ago;

main male character is a young warrior prince in a fantasy world(thinking something very Masters of The Universe inspired for the world's aesthetic), who's just turned 13 and is sent on an important quest, his main love interest and initial companion is an Amazon fighter about 2 years older than him, and much bigger than he is(the Prince is just under the average height for his age, and while he's slender and with a face more pretty than handsome, he's also very clearly toned and strong for his size, the Amazon in comparison is at least a full foot taller than him and weighs at least twice his, with most of that being muscles and curves), over the course of the series they get closer(unlike a lot of shows they admit these feelings to each other relatively early), also the Prince ends up attracting new party members, all girls(who cover various other fantasy archetypes), who also end up interested in him(not only because of his looks, him being royalty, or his personality, but also because desirable men are explicitly a rare thing in the setting), show's ending would very heavily imply that the Prince ends up using the Tenchi Solution to his dilemma(although the Amazon would end up his Queen specifically to throw off censors and parents groups)

well he's small by his world's standards(and mostly in height, and even then only by a couple inches), by ours he's ridiculously ripped, think Cell Saga Gohan levels of buff, also part of it is that while he's an exceptionally skilled combatant in his own right(about on par with Finn in the first couple seasons of Adventure Time before they made him incompetent), he's also one of the only adventurers in the setting without anything supernatural in nature to him or his equipment(indeed it's a minor plot point that magic items often temporarily fizzle out if he tries using them), which is one of the reasons why the Amazon is assigned to travel with him(her and her tribe are basically the result of magical eugenics)

There's an overlap between /ss/ and incest thanks to the subject matter, but they're not intrinsically linked. Personally, I dislike incest porn of any stripe, which is a shame to an extent, because I miss out on a not-insignificant amount of /ss/ porn because of it.

Serious answer: Cartoons and Comics are the visual medium most likely to depict these kinds of relationships (granted, usually of the friend or one-sided crush variety). I think what the pasta suggests is that since you self identified with that scenario at such an early age, you will continue to identify with it even after you get older.
