Devilman with Travel Foreman on art. Have it not be a weird ancient race of Demons "Or you could call them Devils" that used to fight dinosaurs but have it be somewhat sciencey. In all honesty, this would work. I love the Gatchaman designs so much. They're superheroic as fuck and even inspired by Batman in the first place iirc, so they'd probably translate really well to American superhero comics.

I'd want to do something with mecha but mecha has never been a huge sell in American comic books.

So with that in mind, I take Sailor Moon and translate it to an American setting. Set it in the DCU and make a crossover with WW, Supergirl, and Amethyst, Princess of Gemworld, all individually at some point.
