Is there a proper name/term for the "Cal-Arts Style" of minimalist cartooning?
I'm not trying to start a shit-slinging thread, but I need to describe it in writing, and simply referring to it as "minimalist" doesn't seem specific enough.

Modern day cartooning style. Appropriate names for styles don't really form until a few years after the era. Like, we didn't call Dexter's Lab and PPG "90's style" while it was going on. Back then, it was just the modern trend until it ended.
