Cap is in Uncanny Avengers right now, which is pretty much the best Marvel title.

It's also the title that has Jarvis so you could argue it's the "real" Avengers book.

Go with anything from the Marvel Adventures brand, they are kid friendly and they are good stories. MA Spider-Man and MA Avengers being the best although I also enjoyef MA Marvel Suoer Heroes.

Thor the Mighty Avenger is also good.

In The Beasts of Tarzan. He had a leopard who was loyal to him after he saved its life, a group of apes that followed him around because their leader considered him a friend, and a black man who was freaked the fuck out by this horrible horde for about half the book before realizing that they would follow Tarzan's instructions and not kill him. They sailed around Africa in a canoe looking for Tarzan's kidnapped infant son.
