I don't understand why so many things premier in other countries before the US gets it. Aren't we the biggest and most important audience?

Considering Destroy All Aliens was funded and produced by CN Asia, the Galactic Monsters toys were actually released in the UK despite being outright canceled here, and that Ben 10 has gotten theme park rides in both the UK and Thailand, I would say no.
