I would say yes, though not all directly.

They directly contributed to the following:
>Constant redesigns
>Loss of jester theme
>Loss of domino mask & hat
>Dip-dyed pigtails
>Occasional change of color scheme (Arkham Asylum)
>Signature weapon changing from mallet to baseball bat (Arkham City/Knight)
>Tara Strong and her shitty Harley voice (Arkham City onwards)

I figure these were indirect effects as well:

Marvel has Deadpool. If DC thinks they can mint their own Deadpool, especially with how well the movie did, the fact Deadpool exists as an example of a working formula makes them all the more likely to do it. Deadpool being successful isn't preventative, it's precedent.
