It's pretty mediocre to bad for the first dozen or so episodes, starts to get its footing then gets good after the Winter Soldier tie-in. Season 2 varies in quality, but it's pretty good overall. Just a handful of weak episodes throughout.

Then season 3 is great, and culminates in one of the best MCU villains.

Unfortunately it all kinda builds on each other and that first 2/3rds of season 1 is a pretty bad slog. Even as a fan, I'm not sure if its worth going through all of it unless you want to get caught up for Robbie or have a lot of free time to kill.
