Are there any other 90's-esque cartoons with a similar aesthetic to X-Men: TAS that have plots that span multiple episodes? Particularly the Savage Lands episodes or the Shiar episodes.
Conan the Adventurer?
I don't remember if it had mini arcs, but it does wrap up it's entire story.

90s Spider-Man had loads of those.

Oh yeah, I loved that cartoon when I was little.

Nice, I was hoping for some Conan-like stuff.
So how about 90's galactic empire type stuff? With crazy costume like pic related?
Just imagine how good this cartoon would look with decent animation and colors.

>Phantom 2040
It ended on a cliffhanger, right? Protag's father seemingly climbed out of a regeneration chamber or something...
Pirates of Dark Water
Exo-Squad
Cadillacs and Dinosaurs
Cybersix
The Inhumanoids (Not 90s but I love it)
Todd McFarlane's Spawn
Gargoyles (Seriously, just watch it. This is one of the best things to ever happen to TV, IMHO)
