Is this worth watching once I finish The Real Ghostbusters?
Also Frank Welker's voice is very distracting in TRG. I can't stop thinking Fred joined the ghost busters and dyed his hair red/changed his name.

Yes, absolutely. It's kinda edgy and drags on in some parts but it's great as a whole and acknowledges the leagacy. Hell, the new Ghostbusters movie should have been about those guys instead of the fat girls.
Totally. Easily the part of the franchise that is most successful at creeping you out.

Well, it has a random black dude. A punk chick for GRRRRRL power. A dude in a wheelchair. A Mexican.
The only returning Ghostbuster is Egon, with Janine and Slimer as well.
But...its fucking amazing. You want to watch it, it managed to take all of the above and make it work. On par with the original series, far better ghosts even. They even had fucking Cenobites, and made the Boogeyman even creepier.

yesx, it is hands down the only show I've seen to take the 90s diversity shit they were forcing into every cartoon and make good use of it. It's pretty strong across all it's seasons and the only character to suffer from the status quo is the lazy spic whose greatest moment of character development came in the IDW comic books where he gives up ghostbusting off screen to become a responsible adult. It's by adelaide productions, same guys who did MIB and GTAS...I think they did Evolution too. All their licensed show shit is GOAT.
TL;DR
yes watch it.

Nah, Evolution was by DiC.
Adelaide did do Godzilla, though. And Big Guy and Rusty.
Apparently the wheelchair kid was voted into the show by a test audience full of kids. *shrug* But seriously, Maurice Lamarche brought his A-game with Egon as the show went on, and people have already commented on how good the Ghosts and plots were.
Is this hosted anywhere mainstream or would I need to dredging the net to see it?
I like the show upping the creepiness while still maintaining the lighthearted tone of the original movie.

It's on Hulu

Yup
>Get away from her Eduardo!
>Why? She's legal.
>She's a ghost!

>She's legal.
Yes. It is a great way to follow up Ghostbusters. Funny how it seems like some PC bullshit with even a kid in a wheelchair, but it works out quite naturally. They're just good characters, especially for a kids show.

And MiB. And Jumanji. And Jackie Chan Adventures.
The wheelchair guy ruined it for me

Garret's great though. He's a stereotypical jock dickhead who just happens to be a cripple.

he's a stereotypical jock dickhead BECAUSE he's a cripple.
