Saban has apparently been planning another attempt at a PR-esque adaptation of a recent kamen rider series for a while now, but I guess it's been put on the backburner so they can focus on Dino Charge and the MMPR reboot movie

the Boom!Studios MMPR comic has been selling pretty well for a non-big2 comic, i wonder if Saban might strike a deal with Toei to allow them to have comics based on Masked Rider or Big Bad Beetleborgs as a testing ground for a franchise revival of one or both brands
