Why are there not any heroes or villain based around the theme and powers of a water bear?

SU had an enemy based on it but since the show prioritizes slice of life over fighting monsters it was just a minor inconvenience dealt with in 2 seconds.

too OP. Imagine scaling up the ability to survive absolute zero, the boiling point of water , be dehydrated to the point you become a mummy, have an entire ocean's pressure on top of you and have deadly blasts of radiation hit you while being able to have perfectly normal children afterwords. The human version of a water bear could basically survive the big bang and heat death of the universe.

Juggernaut. Doesn't need air, food, water, etc. is more or less impervious to physical harm, ticks all the boxes

Why is it called a water bear?
It looks like a vacuum cleaner bag with legs.

Being completely unkillable is Wolverine's thing.

Except water bears will inevitably die if they're somewhere incredibly hot or cold too long.

Now I look it as a mouth, not a camera eye face. Goddammit.
