ITT: "Hidden gem" comics
what are some of your favorite comics that never show up in recs?
Living Hell is indeed really, really good. I still can't believe Slott wrote it.
I never see people recommend or even discuss Duncan Rouleau's Metal Men min-series that came out after 52. The art is gorgeous and he even consulted actually robotics experts for advice while writing the series. Admittedly, it can be a little heavy on exposition at times, but I love it more each time I read it.

Love this one. Oddly, my copy has rippling to to the bottom of the book, despite not having any sort of water damage.
Living Hell isn't recommended? It's one of my all time favorite stories. I keep wishing we'll see more truly insane low-level villains like Jane Doe and Doodlebug.

It's one of those books that is really well reviewed, but is at the same time really obscure and never shows up on rec lists.

Slott used to be a pretty good to great writer

Absolutely not.
It's edited by Dan Raspler who was probably DC's best editor after Berger.
