Fact is, actually, some of Bendis's best works were Jessica Jones and Ultimate Spider-Man, which were relatively clean slates. No continuity to adhere to, many characters were OCs... It was basically Bendis's private sandbox.

Therefore, Marvel ideally should just let him work in his element and write completely new stories that have no ties to current Marvel properties. Ideally.
