Worst case scenario is we need every single clue or moth of the clues combined for the final riddle.

Better case, once we're sure of what the hand with a tree in it symbol is on the first clue, the last corner is a straightforward map from that to the statue at the X. The dotted line leads from a six fingered hand with a tree or triangle inside it, this symbol is surrounded by little eyes. Maybe like the eyes in the trees from the show, I do not know.

Someone is at the Snoqualmie Falls (The ones in the viewfinder clue) right now looking for clues. They uploaded higher versions of the images in grayscale.

It's a stretch for me. It does mot.match up with the map so... why do we even think that?

Are yall retarded? Searching for places like that will eventually get you to the statue with a lot of luck, but all clues so far where precise enough so that there was no need for randomly going to locations.

The latest clue is also very obviously referring to the poster that is "where it all begann" and completed with "the final piece in (our) hands" aka the map on the back of the last clue that seamlessly fits into the right upper corner of the poster. The coordinates or a more precise hint to the location must be found here - they're just very well hidden and only of use with the treasure map bit.

The trees on the poster are what we should focus on again, we gave up way too quickly. We already found random sequences with lining up branches with words in the encrypted text and also by counting branches of each tree and transforming the numerals. With the right Vigenere ley we might be able to solve this.

Also don't forget about checking not only hidden messages in the branches, but between them as well. While I'm not convinced with the letters/ runes theory it seems just too convenient, so let's keep checking options here.

At last a reminder to think around the corner - try out stuff others haven't yet. Be clever.

Gravity Falls was made at 811 Sonora Ave, Glendale CA, so thats where it all started.
There was always talk about rusty gates. A few blocks from Sonora is a park called Griffith Manor Park.
Other possibility I thought could be Los Feliz California where Alex has lived, maybe still does, and Disney Studios began a few blocks away too before moving to Burbank. Blocks away from both is Barnsdall Art Park where is an art park that has focus on Southern California artists.

Thats mine, Sorry its messy as hell, was just writing out as I thought and not for organization.
We counted the Branches, pines needles, and knots. We converted them to single numbers and put them through a1z26, atbash, ceasar and vingenere (using pines as a key)
We also Tried to use the needles/branches/knots as offsets to eachother using ceasar and put them through all the same ciphers.

We tried making everything binary and playing with that a bit. and got it to fit a phone number but it was a number in Missouri and didnt go anywhere. We also tried to convert diffrent combinations of the trees/branches/knots into longitude and latitude.

Last thing we tried is having the branches offset the needles depending on direction of branch. None of these gave anything worthwhile.

We are currently seeing if the vectors of the branches match to any of the letters in the messages. And trying to see if the break between the trees that separates the into 5 and 4 means two words of 5 letters and 4 letters.

I'm wondering if the first clue has anything we can connect to the last. Eith all three lines together, there might be a more complete meaning.
For example, "trace the clues across the land" at first seems to be a genetal "follow the clues" statement. The obvious hidden meaning is to connect the locations of the clues on a world map. However, it could have something to do with the parchment. Maybe we should be tracing lines, connecting things over the first cluue, in order to find the position of the dptted line.

At any rate, the amount of "perfect places" we'be found makes it seem like this either wasn't researched as thoroughly as it could've been, or there's something specific here that distinguishes the real location from all the others.

The three circled dots could just be eyes, but could they also be something else?

I think they are eyes, there are similar drawings on the rights side of the page and one looks like it has lashes.

I'm not sure any of this is relevant though, since the tail of the dotted line sort of fades away, rather than ending at the hand.


There are a lot of singular branches with needles at the end, in the trees. It's hard to tell if they stand out as a design choice, or just coincidentally.
