>When people call the 2003 series the "real" or "original" Teen Titans
>>84845224
It may not be the original Teen Titans but it's the most well known and has the best writing and art.
STOP THE MEAN TALKING
Maybe because it was an adaptation, and not a reboot. Probably the same reason people refer to the Spider-Man trilogy as the "original," due to the Amazing Spider-Man saga. We all know that the movie was an adaptation of the comics.

i´d say praise it bro, but there´s no point, /co/ has a raging boner for that shitty show, case in point >>84845332
>>84845224
You know what they mean. Being autistic about it doesn't make you look better.
>>84845224
Well yeah, as far as Go's concerned, the 2003 series is the original Titans, considering how many episodes they spend making jokes about it and its fanbase and using all the original cast-members

b-but muh positive feminist starfire!
>>84846159
Not even a feminist but it's pretty jarring how different TT and real starfire look
TT best costume
>>84846159
Pic related is right though

>>84849837
"/co/mblr isn't real" they said.
>>84846159
>I'm too intellectually stunted to empathize with a character that isn't literally me
Makes you think, huh?

>implying Teen Titans fans buy comics
There was a comic line that followed the characters in the show that bombed hard.
>>84849902
it sucked pretty hard tho
I ended up reading the johns run at the time instead
>>84846159
I get the comic is about the timing between the cartoon and New52, but NTT Starfire is a better role model and character anyway.
>>84849902
>>84849923
Funnily enough the comic based on the original Teen Titans show is the original Teen Titans Go!
>>84850102
Cyborg was like forty in the first TT comic. What are you talking about.
how about this art
these are the only two pages i'm gonna post, don't bother looking it up
>>84850102
raven and star look cute here
>>84846159
the thing i really like about this page is that the writer could easily have made it about gender and raked in those tumblr bucks
but he had the restraint to treat the issue the way it was and i admire that
then i saw some of his other work and im just baffled that he showed that restraint when everything else is massive pandering
>>84846159
I'm not getting the hate? What about this comic is feminist? 2003 Starfire is likable and generally a better person. Neo Starfire is a dislikable perosn that shoves sexuality so far in your face that it gets to cringe levels. (Magical Realm levels)
>>84850767
im pretty sure most of the hate is because the artist is a fucking sjw faggot
when i first saw it i dident know what he was like so i actually thought the author was a great guy precisely because he chose not to make it about gender.
