Scott has only really had relationships with Kim and Envy as far as we know. He was friends with Lisa but they never did anything. He also obviously dated Knives for a minute to rebound on Envy.

Julie accuses Scott of fooling around with Sandra and Monique, but he never treats them like they have series history (this could be just him forgetting, which is maybe why they don't like him)

So Scott's relationships have ended because:

1.) He was moving away, didn't tell Kim, and she confronted him.
2.) It's implied he got shitfaced and started being really nasty to Envy and so she broke up with him.
3.) He breaks up with Knives after she says she loves him, while he's dating Ramona.

4.)And then Ramona bails on him because she finds out he cheated on her with Knives.

So in pretty much every scenario Scott has acted like an asshole. He just isn't actively malicious so the girls probably don't expect how selfish he can be.
