Very few people at this point know Wally is back in the DCU. Mainly because only Barry and the other Titans have remembered that he exists.

As for differentiation, Barry is still the "main" Flash, but it's clear that Wally still remembers a fucking lot more than Barry about how to do crazy Speed Force shit like how to make a costume out of it.
