I feel like Chris Samnee is overlooked by /co/ because of how much he works with Waid, who is clearly way past his prime.

Him, Paolo Rivera, Aja and Javier Rodriguez are only artists who can pull current new wave of shitty "self-aware" style that current Iron Fist and Power Man, Squirrel Girl and some other shit are trying to capture. Different strokes, anon. As far as mainstream-ish cheesecake goes, I prefer Dodson over Cho (Dodson's been doing solid storytelling/paneling with his more recent European comics work), though I do think they're something of an acquired taste.
