Probably, but it was an incredibly powerful moment.
Could have done with more build up though, too much focus on Maul's nonsense when the real climax was all about Ahsoka and Vader.

Is the scene where the explosion and the walking away immediately after the ship leaves? Or could there be a flash-back episode later showing them having a longer encounter?
