He's top dog in the games, the comics, the movies, and then some. It surprises me that he hasn't been the main focus more often.

I guess you could argue SatAM. In that series, he was just some fat guy sitting in a chair, having orgasms at the sound of his own voice. Jim Cummings was his only saving grace. Underground Robotnik is what SatAM Robotnik would've been without him.
