The SBF audience seems like it veers more towards people in their mid 20's through mid 30's. Which makes them very niche, but does give them a fanbase that's more likely to be professional in various art-related jobs. When it comes to anime they're all mostly casual weebs with varying degrees of familiarity with different franchises, and of course a lot of nostalgia for the old YTV/Adult Swim staples. But I don't think anyone can really argue their knowledge of video games is pretty impressive between the four of them. The fact that they're all Quality Assurance testers helps too - even if they know nothing about a game, they're professionally conditioned to analyze and experiment with gameplay. The bits in The Punisher where they trigger body-flailing physics freakout glitches would never occur to me, f'rinstance, or most LPers I'd imagine.
