This. Deadpool isn't perfect, but it's a genuinely strong effort that clearly had a lot of time invested into it. The fight scenes are especially well planned out.

Singer literally has told his actors not to read comics. That he was better than Morrison, Whedon, and Claremont. His movies borrow more from the Matrix and Man of Steel (right down to shitty costumes).

And Trank gave even less fucks than Singer. Trank just wanted to make Chronicle 2 and used FF to make it. Fox were just desperate and stupid to let him try before they edited it because they didnt want Marvel to have them.
