that "style" gives me eye cancer. It's so utterly bland and devoid of personality, it makes me angry. Add to that the completely lifeless poses and animation and I want to throw up everytime I see one of their shows in motion.

At least EMH and WatX had actual artstyles and just enough money to at least do somewhat servicable animation most of the time.

It's weird, it seems like the art styles of all of Marvel's current animated series are trying really hard to imitate Young Justice's art style, but then they try to make the shows tonally light-hearted and comedic where you have the Avengers fighting over cookies while Falcon tries to hide the fact that he's an Avenger from his fucking mom.

The only good Marvel cartoon was the '90s X-Men.

Heck, i'll go one step further and say maybe that's part of the problem, the show has no direction. Again, i've only seen it rarely, but when i did it always felt like it was just throwing shit at the screen hoping something would stick. It is mostly stuff from comics, and sometimes they find a fun way to implement something that would normally be out of reach (like how for example they used Spiderman Noir in that Doom episode), granted, that can be cool, but at the same time this probably makes plots too simplistic

I agree with that. The Avengers in this universe are surprisingly overpowered and hyper-competent; they rarely squabble or disagree; the general public adores them, even JJJ likes them; and most villains don't even pose a challenge to them any more. The Squadron Supreme was the only real focused threat they faced.
