<'Nuff Said was more of a theme than an actual event. The challenge for the writers and artists of the books involved was to tell a story without using any words, only art. Each issue included a partial script of the issue at the end, to better inform the reader of what happened in the issue.

Remember when the Marvel universe was fun and the creative teams tried interesting concepts instead of pandering to casuals and SJWs or making fans mad to boost sales?

That Avengers Nuff' Said issue where Kang nuked Washington and made the entire world surrender was great.
The Grant Morrion New X-Men issue was cool too, as well as the story of Thor characters mourning Odin.
Silent issues take a lot of creativity, but they're done well they're great.

Imagine a Bendis version of this, lol.
Growing up my friend used to think "Nuff" was an actual character in the comics.
>>83288498
Most of the ones I read didn't quite pull it off.

People pointing over and over and over...

Grow up you fucking winer, comics aren't about you retarded right wing gun nuts.

There's those, the Genis-Vell issue where Rick is an old man and seems to be considering suicide, the Black Panther issue where Iron Fist wrecks his shit, and I forget what the Spider-Man one was, but I know he had one.

Anon, are you perhaps in the wrong thread?
Jemas was a bit like Shooter, an ass who delivered quality books but got too high on his own power. When he was ousted, an unfettered Quesada preceded to muck everything up and Alonso has followed suit.

>tfw can't find the Kang dynasty anywhere
kill me already
>>83292088
Anon, look for a torrent of Avengers Vol 3. Kang Dynasty is an arc, not an event.
:~~

Thank you friend

You'll also get Ultron Unlimited in there, which is considered to be one of the character's defining stories.

Alonso turned on DC/Vertigo has soon as he left. He would look at people's portfolios at cons and tell them it wasn't up to Marvel standards, but maybe DC would be interested

>I forget what the Spider-Man one was,
Criminal Mimes, IIRC
>>83292594
Pretty sure it was Pete missing MJ, MJ missing Pete, and May coping with discovering Pete was Spidey
>>83291699
>I forget what the Spider-Man one was, but I know he had one.
It was probably actually 4. Spidey was still rocking multiple books back then.

Sorry, mine was Amazing, yours was Spectacular.

Bendis wrote the Daredevil 'Nuff Said issue, idiot
>>83289905
I recall Exiles one being dreams all the team members had that revealed a bit about themselves. Thunderbolts had Songbird having to defeat a sound construct of Agnar, so it makes sense why nobody could talk.
>>83289905
the Thunderbolts one had Songbird losing her voice and taking on Angar The Screamer, the true form of her teammate Scream who was in a pure sound form
>>83289905
Thunderbolts one is essential Songbirdcore

Right wing gun nuts Are notorious for wannting people to be quiet so it's easier to hear their guns.
And now freaking DC is the one trying to carry the torch with stuff like Wednesday Comics and Kamandi Challenge

His Daredevil one was great you casual
