Searcher is the best, much nicer than those Silver Men fellows. One thing I never got though was, who was that that stopped Jean Grey at the wall of Watchers? It wasn't Norrin and it wasn't the Silver Men.

Idk if you've read Marvel Zombies, but it was revealed that the Sentry that was sent into the dimension at the beginning of the infection was actually sent form the future causing the whole outbreak to be stuck in a timeline loop. If Dr. Doom was sent to that universe and killed the zombies it would retcon that entire universe out of existence because Sentry would never be sent back in time. What's more is when Doom enters the zombie plain he has normal legs, that we see put on by his servants during Millar's run, but in the flashbacks he has goat legs meaning it's an entirely different Doom.

I think it's safe to say that Fialkov probably cared more about UFF's internal continuity when writing Doom back into existence
