In terms of look and feel, few things top it. Pretty amazing translation of the Englehart comics.

Action scenes are terrible. Pacing sucks. Joker's goons are so BOOORING. Why do they look like security guards? Why does the Penguin have the Joker's goons? Batman looks like an incompetent IDIOT in the parade scene. Commissioner Gordon is a forgettable buffoon.

Movie's boring. It was always boring. First three X-Men movies are boring. Spider-man 2 was boring.

First good Batman movie was '66. Second one was Begins.
