The entirety of his uncanny men run was him basically being told how wrong or shifty or awful or monstrous he was. At one point he tries to reason with a boy with reality warping powers when I think shield attacks causing the kid to go nuclear and kill lots of people.
Later the time travel cunt goes back in time and gets prof x to go even further back to make it so his parents never meet. She guilty prof x into erasing an unborn child from ever being having deemed him too dangerous to live.
She thenestores the timeline goes back to the present and tells Cyclops off for being a selfish asshole and that he better keep in line with his dangerous bullshit.

Bendis actually tries to paint Cyclops as a bad guy for attempting to reason with a mutant who needed help. That's marvel today.
