Going from where CW left off:

Open up with the government-sanctioned Avengers (Tony, Rhodey, Vision) on a mission where red tape prevents them from killing a really bad dude. They look the other way while BW kills him and makes it look like an accident.

Main plot has BW facing off against someone from her past: A brilliant, formerly-idealistic scientist who once wanted only to help people, before he was abducted and tortured by BW, who then handed him off to her Soviet bosses to be enslaved. He has since become a powerful Mechanized Organism, Designed Only for Killing.

Main conflict is that she wants to save him, not kill him, both because she blames herself for his situation, and because she wants to prove to herself that being made into a killing machine can be overcome.

Include a subplot where some character idolizes BW, giving her more incentive to take the moral high road. But ultimately, she realizes she cannot, and must shatter her fan's beliefs to stop MODOK.
