So how come the fantastic kids never age but other tween or child characters do? Franklin and Valeria have been hovering at the pre-teen/tween mark for ages but X-23 was introduced as a tween aged up to late teenager in short order.

After becoming god of the consolidated multiverse in Secret War he was overthrown by everybody else and when the Fantastic Four restored the multiverse, they brought him back and his face was healed, which seems to have made him chill out

Now he's running making Iron Man frustrated about how much better he is at pretty much everything than him. We'll see how long that lasts.

I think the issue of aging the children of super heroes versus aging just child superheroes is that the former irrevocably ages the parents too, as well as dates the Marvel timeline as well in a sense of 'before kids'/'after kids', which is catastrophic for a heavily compressed sliding timescale spanning 60 years.
