Cap quits being Cap, starts being Nomad. Complete with cape. Red Skull has been back for a while and has a high position in the government. Finds a replacement for Cap, and kills him. Steve returns to Cap. Fight. Steve wins. Roll credits. After credits Steve gives shield to BuckySamIdon'treallycare.

Retcon Cap's previous adventures during WWII, he worked on missions with the Howling Commandos and also, The Invaders.

Have Cap and the Invaders fight against Red Skull once again, for the old times.

I think Civil War is the best MCU movie, but would love another Winter Soldier-style film.

Falcon and Bucky being bros and helping Cap settle a score with Red Skull that is a long time coming. Recast Weaving and have an older Red Skull operate within the Russos' grounded take.

Okay.

Tony gets Steve pregnant (Natasha checked!) and Steve gives birth to the Red Skull, who uses the Infinity Gauntlet to bring to life the aborted fetuses of a nearby abortion clinic nearby, and wrecks havoc on New York City.

The first half of the movie is Tony helping Steve get ready for the baby, picking out clothes, shopping for cradles, calling Natasha a slut™ for buying a giant zucchini™, all while the SJW's fap furiously through their triggered tears. The 2nd half is the Red Skull attacking New York with aborted fetuses, just raining down from the sky, into people's coffee, just making a mess of the place. Everything is slimy.

The Avengers™, with the exception of Steve, who is suffering from Post-Partum Depression, PTSD, and hemorrhoids, and they fight the fetuses and use the Infinity gauntlet to turn the Red Skull into the Blue Skull, who is Swedish and as such is a total pussy™. Hulk then cockslaps Blue Skull onto the moon and the entire Avengers™ squad Nay-Nays™, while the meme hungry toddlers giggle and clap like the fat little retards they are, and their parent consider smothering the little shitstains with their overpriced, oversalted popcorn,

The movie is rated by Trotten Potatoes™ for 100% for quality may-mays™ and quips™, and Tumblr reblogs the same gif of Bucky, Steve, and Tony violently eyefucking each other while posting a series of time-wasting tags deducting the reason for such a visual threeway, all while still bittriggered (bitter + triggered), about how "problematic" everything in the film, the theater they saw the movie in, and the car ride home was.

Then it'll be forgotten when Adam Sandler stars in the "Green Lantern: I Can't Believe it's Not Green Lantern 2: Electric Boogaloo" and no body but that one guy on 4chan will bring it up again, only to be called a faggot™ and banned for 5 years.

Cap wakes up and the world is changed
Hydra has overthrown the nazis and have taken over the world
He's a wanted man and is chased by nazi supermen all with various powers.
He is narrowly saved by the Defenders, Namor, the Vision reimagined as a hot blooded fire man, the Abomination, Agent Fury, a blonde black widow, and Bucky in the US Agent uniform and for some reason Dum Dum dougan is there.
Red Skull is in posession of a cosmic cube and has changed their history to one of his choosing.
Stark is a double agent along with the widow, the century old leader of the red room.
The ending is the red skull and captain america are both holding the cosmic cube.

Having a true good versus evil battle, a battle of pure will.
The skull seemingly wins and Cap dissapears. In moments the Skull begins to burn ala raiders of the lost ark screaming in agony and eventually vanishes.
Cap comes back just long enough to give someone the shield before glowing blue and being pulled into outerspace. Hint at him becoming captain universe and he's out there in space saving people and what not. A price he paid to save the earth.

World War Skull

Red Skull returns to earth with Anihilus (with the Cosmic Control Rod) and the annihilation wave

Still, the idea that Skull was somehow trapped outside of time and space and had to reform himself Dr. Manhattan style is intriguing. It solves the issue of Skull adapting to the modern world quickly because by going through some sort of cosmic awakening of course he'll be aware of everything that's happened. It also gives him some new, interesting motivations: Cap's always been an idealist and Skull a cynic, and seeing the sum insignificance of human (and, indeed all life) existence via cosmic awareness would make any may cynical about civilization.

The only problem is, how does Cap defeat god-Skull when there's no longer a Cosmic Cube you can knock out of his hand?
