So I started reading the original Iron Fist run, and all I can sense is how lackluster this show's going to be.

I'm currently working my way through the Power Man and Iron Fist epic collection and I'm enjoying it as well. You should check out as it continues plot threads and character growth from both Danny and Luke's solo series, and has a great goofy charm to it.

I haven't read Danny's solo yet myself, but I will over the summer. From the looks of it, the show will take some material from that run and probably combine with the tone of Immortal Iron Fist, plus maybe add some characters like Orson Randall and hint at stuff like the other Immortal Weapons.

How is Davos in the original run? Is he sympathetic at all? He's pretty neat in IIF.
