It's annoyingly close to a good one too. Like, I can really see what they were going for, evolving the mobster portion of Joker's aesthetic into a current prison gang/ms13/junkie methhead aspect. It's just a wee bit too overdone. Harley can wear her fetish shit and her motivations literally on her sleeve because among other things she's both a sex object and a satire of a sex object, but it doesn't work as well for Mr. J.

If he merely didn't have the DAMAGED tattoo /co/ would be flipping their shit about how perfect he is. I would anyway. Meh. I think that was the straw that broke the camel's back. I take sleeping pills to well sleep and I'm always a little afraid I'll go out like him by accident. Sometimes you can't remember whether you've taken them or not already, sometimes because of tolerance you are tempted to take more to help you sleep.
