Nick and Judy are just highly applicable characters. They are a good example of appealing to most-common-denominators.

You could take Nick and Judy, and their story, and move them across time and settings and it would tell the same story and hold much the same meaning. It's a tale that resonates with us deeply as human beings and even in nature itself when humanity struggled to have better adaptations than "climb trees, taste-like-shit to predators, and walk fuck-long distances".

those are good reasons, but my local cinema projects at 4K and their 3D system is pretty decent (fuck absolutely anywhere that uses Xpand though, that shit is subhuman-tier 3D) so save for the sound (which, admittedly, is the flakiest shit I've ever heard) I can get most of that experience.

Working on the drawing for now. But i would love to recreate and explore the Savage City script, i would want to make that story come to life as accurately to the original vision as i can, i've got the artbook and i've watched the documentary, i've seen their scenes the dynamic they were making and i would very much love to remake it if i can.

I look at this comic and im very curious where it will lead, from my own research I've found whom i believe to be the Savage City villain and I'm going to start practicing that character very soon.

The "taste of a liar" scene happened pretty early on too, think it was Giorno and Pucci's first interaction, so it's impossible for it to have inspired Araki, unless time machines were involved.
