I wouldn't use the art style as the thing Teen Titans Go does different. Its everything else that the show does different that sets it apart from the original.

It went from Anime-esque Action Show to Cartoony Comedy show.

PPG was a stylized kids Action comedy Show to the Reboot which is a Stylized kids Comedy Action Show, or rather a halfassed imitation of the original stylized action comedy show. .
