Because there's no event? There's a DC: Rebirth one-shot, that's all. There are also character-specific Rebirth one-shots but I don't think they fit into a larger, universe-shaking narrative. If they do, then DC hasn't revealed it.
They've only talked about creative teams and book premises.

Pre-Flashpoint Supes and Lois, along with their son Jon, are around in the Post-Flashpoint world.. You can read their adventures on Sueprman: Lois & Clark. They live in California under pseudonyms, but in an upcoming Supes arc they will be revealed to the world. Pre-Flashpoint Supes will star on Action Comics, while Post-Flashpoint Supes will star on Superman.

If you're asking if there's two of each character, then no, probably not. Nothing about Pre-Flashpoint Wally was mentioned. Although more stuff will be announced at Emerald City Comic-Con, so we'll see.
