Comic Book route is the only possible way it can go. They'd never be able to get the animation back to how it is, they'd have to get the whole team back on board for it to be the same, and that's not possible after everyone has already split ways, and who knows how long it'd be before they decided to do it.

It is interesting. I also watched the finale late and really enjoyed it, and I've seen quite a few people who did the same thing and felt the same way. There are (many) flaws, sure, but overall it was well executed. I can't think of many better finales, but I can think of many, many worse.

I agree completely. The best part is the different clothing designs since all of them seem the same but have their own touches to the outfit. Bricks inside the tailcoat, all yellow/black, yellow black white, skirt with bricks, shirt with frills, ect.

My sewing class is working on dresses and I fully intend on making a Bill dress. Pic related, but somehow I have to find a brick pattern fabric for the bottom.

I found PaDippica stupid the whole time the show was running, but with her in her current state, I wish I could see it now. No one seems to mention how, realistically, the Northwests would have to move to another state and the Pines are the closest thing to friends Paciffica would have anymore.

It was general interaction. True, two characters don't even need to exist on the same plane to become a ship, but they had a rivals to frienemies thing going that makes them so desirable. On the one hand, especially if you like one of the popular ships like Mabifica, Billdip, or Billford there's tons of amazing high quality stuff on tumblr from insanely talented people. Like this animation is from an animation student doing a Mabifica film as a student project and it's just really impressive and amazing.

On the other hand, it's not so much Muslim AUs that are an issue with Gravity Falls as it is the "anti-shippers." For some reason I don't understand, this show is one of the biggest moral crusader targets. At one point just searching the "Bill Cipher" tag would give you hundreds of posts from hundreds of different blog about how shipping Bill with any character at all makes you literally worse than a real life rapist. It's incredibly bizarre or surreal more than anything. Most of the other ships make you an abusive pedophile too apparently.

Tumblr is just one gargantuan crybaby hug box. That's it.
