Where were you June 30 1999? Were you in the movie theater watching this movie?
>>

man, shut your fucking face uncle fucker was everywhere.
It really became a hit like in the movie.
>>
I was already bored of the series (but I did come back to it later).

What I DO remember is where I was when the pilot aired. I was on vacation at my grandpa's and people were making a big deal out of it like it was the next Simpsons.
>>
>>78330710
I just watched it on VCD.
>>
>>78330768
I also heard a lot of kids snuck in movie theaters to see this movie as well
>>
>>78330710
I never saw the movie til years later
>>
no but I bought the dvd at best buy I was glad they let me.
>>
I didn't see the movie in theaters but I did watch WWF regularly when the show first started and holy shit South Park crap was EVERYWHERE. Stupid wrestlers wearing the shirts, announcers quoting the show, SIGNS GALORE.
>>
>>78330909
I remember I was watching some WWF television in 1998 and one of the signs said "Stone Cold is Cartmans Dad"
Might've been Wrestlemania actually
>>
>>78330710
I watched this movie on my Dreamcast divided across three video discs around December. I was 14 in 1999

What's the truth??

I was at my friends house hanging out with him, he looks at me and he says Uh I need about tree-fitty. Well, it was about that time that I notice that my friend was about eight stories tall and was a crustacean from the protozoic era.

I watched a pirated copy my uncle gave me.
>>
I just remember it was like a saturday and i turned on CC at around midnight
And they were showing it uncut
>>
>>78331030
It was the Paleolithic era.

Dude was it like early 2000s? Like it was called The Vault or something, for a while CC would show an uncut movie at midnight. First time I saw it too.

I was too busy learning Japanese at 11 to care.

Anon, let's do some math. If I was 2 years old in 1999, what age would I be 16 years later?

No I saw it on this weird "pay"-per-view set up my grandparents had at their house, it would show the same movie all day for free depending on what was new so when this one came up my cousins and I took a golden opportunity; I was like 7 years old.

The boys reactions to the Terrance and Philip movie was my exact reaction to Bigger, Longer and Uncut.

>>78331258
Look at all that Austin shit. I'm rewatching Attitude Era Raw and I'm somewhere in mid-'98. Fans chant "Austin" no matter if he's involved in what's happening or not, there's always laser pointers in the wrestlers eyes, stupid stuuupid characters and just SOUTH PARK EVERYWHERE
>>
>>78331604
Was that a legit SP sign or one of the millions of knock offs? The amount of SP bootleg shit back in the day was mind-boggling
>>
>>78331637
Looks legitimate, has copyright and a logo in the corner, text seems like something corny an official product would have
>>
>>78331637
How do I know?
>>
>>78330710
My mom wouldn't let me watch it because it was rated R and I was fucking 11.
>>
I was 7-years-old and I was probably getting beat up at my local playground.
>>
>>78330710
I was somewhere in the rockies at summer camp
>>
I was a small child that was learning addition and subtraction and was still somehow blissfully unaware that South Park existed.
>>
>>78330839
My parents were going to let me go watch it with two of my friends because they thought it was a harmless children cartoon but my bro who had seen it told them they showed a penis in the movie and then they didn't let me go watch it anymore.

Anyone else remember watching Whose Line and hearing Wayne Brady's South Park impressions? Good times.

He preformed in my hometown a year or two back and I was very tempted to go to his show just to ask if he remembers doing Foodfight. I still regret not going.

Will we ever again see an animated TV show get a theatrically-released movie, /co/?
>>
I was 16. This movie made up for that shitty Star Wars movie
>>
My dad and I watched the show and took me to see this. Between this and the midnight release of The Phantom Menace, it's probably some of the happiest memories I have with him from when I was that young.

The clever thing about it is, I was probably "too young" from a moral standpoint to be watching South Park but even then knew it was just a show/movie and could separate reality from fiction. That was the point the movie was making and my dad was proud of me for catching onto that.
>>
I was 4 so I didn't see it
