Edd made a mistake trusting Tom with his show, Edd must be a fucking spinning top in his grave at this point. It's because they don't want to seem like they think they're pretty or they'll look like douches. I know that's not the case for people who can think, I'm pretty sure most of us would be fine with Zach Hadel or Tiedech drew themselves okay, but the internet is fickle and hyper sensitive and drawing an accurate representation of yourself would offend people because most web animators and artists are almost all fucking horrid looking. Or maybe they do it because it's fun to make fun of yourself and drawing caricatures is fun on it's own.
