How is that bullshit? Cyclops has Batman preptime and Captain America shield throw angles, but with punches from the punch dimension shooting out of his eyes. His optic blasts shot down a sentinel from miles away, and he's been shown to wreck entire buildings. He's also defeated entire X-men teams on his own.

BB no doubt wrecks Scott though, since his scream can puncture holes in universes. On a physical level he's probably stronger than Scott too. It's hard to gauge who's better at CQC though.
