Daily reminder that there's no difference at all between Kamala Khan and Unbeatable Squirrel Girl in terms of characterization.
Perhaps, but everyone in the Squirrel Girl book looks like they suffer of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, so it makes it hard for one to read without having their eyes bleed after every few pages.
First, this isn't daily, second, this thread ALREADY FUCKING HAPPENED YOU PIECE OF SHIT, and thirdly, no, you're just flat out wrong and in that thread that ALREADY FUCKING HAPPENED, I even posted how I thought so.
Yes, I'm mad.
Wolverine flat out says her parents deserve medals.
Oh fuck that's gold.
Was I just super smooth as a teenager? Because even at my youngest and most impulsive, I never put my foot in my mouth like this goober
eh, often the comic seems ery concerned in giving as positive as possible a view of her religious background. Even supposed generationalcultural conflicts between her parents and kamala are used as a way to showcase how everyone is really nice and good people.
With other characters writers don't have the same concerns with not making them look bad and family drama is one of the easiest ways to tell a story so there they go.
Marvel's Jersey city is insanely better to live than the NYC.
Jersey's police shielded Kamala's young eyes from crushed Inventor and told her thank you.
The only way they got Jersey to turn against her was through mind control.
Willow as one of their few writers who can actually boast being a award winning novelist looks like she'll be there a while at least.
Though seriously she does not do well working with other writers. A-Force in battleworld had none of the same feels as Ms M. I don't know what the hell happened there.
But OTOH Singularity was insanely cute.
Literally the only interesting thing in the title at the moment.
>Hate the character at first because of typical SJW injection and takeover of original character name
>See this image of her cuddling with a kitten, looking almost as cute as Jubilee
GODDAMMIT NOW I LIKE HER
I'm not a particularly big fan of islam, given my own values as a christian and a left winger (in that order of importance), but have you considered that muslims do exist that don't quite meet the ISIS (or Taliban, or Al queda, or Boko Haram) standard?)
Especially the American ones? You think the fantics' ruthlessness towards other muslims would be mitigated slightly if they were all the same.
Daily reminder there's not difference between Squirrel and this /co character. Except for likability and competent writers
She reasoned that as she was going against her parents wishes without telling them that she had basically become the Delicious Infidel Meat.
Did anything happen to them? I thought his whole deal was that he was fine being normal and being a in a mutant school was actually really bad.
I miss him and santo they used to bounce off of each other really well.
I still say that the most amazing thing the Ms M writing team has done is actually manage to write a Carol Danvers that isn't a turbo asshole. I don't even remember the last time that happened.
The difference is that Kamala is in a good set of stories that makes use of her characterization where Squirrel Girl is in a story full of nonsense and never actually benefits from her personality.
Explain yourself, dear anon that don't read comics.

You have a problem with thickness, anon?
She'd have a ballgag in her mouth the whole time
Annd here's Squirrel Girl in bondage since the thread seems to be trending that way
Sam is known for this to begin with. I wouldn't say super smooth but there's basically a smallish group that goes on perfectly fine with a much larger section that has no idea wtf they're doing and can in some cases only realize that through the power of retrospect.
The difference is that Kamala is the kid sister that everyone wants. The good kid, who tries her best even though she is not always sure of herself. You would be proud to go, "Yeah, that's my sis. Saving Jersey again."
Doreen? I don't think I could be in the same room with her for fifteen minutes without pounding the door to let me out. She's obnoxious.
