Atlas is the only kingdom that's really been elaborated on so far, but that doesn't really mean it's the only good one. Ironwood is a main character right now, and his military forces are helping to drive the plot. What's to say that we won't see the leader of Vacuo's Shade Academy throw his hat in the ring after something bad happens at the tournament? Maybe Cinder and company impersonating Mistralese students from Haven will cause a ruckus. Maybe each arc will focus on another non-Vale kingdom? Who knows? Why limit it?

I said as it stands because that's how it is right now. They might change that later but right now, 3 volumes and several World of Remnants in; Atlas in the only one they seem to want to push. They've had opportunities to expand that, Ozpin's secret illouminati is meant to involve the powerful people of the world like headmasters and generals, but we've just got got Vale and Atlas, didn't even skype the others for their meeting. Whenever they go into detail in a world of Remnant, Atlas is the only one to stand out from the norm.

It's a pretty safe bet that Atlas is going to be the plot kingdom for this arc, and the other's will be like background characters for a good while. serving only as blank slate for people to project their own OC onto.

I actually came up with a theory while I was drunk last night. It was about Cinder's ultimate goal. I thought about the SDC and how they must have a monopoly on Dust in Atlas and how there might be rival companies who want to bring them down.

So I thought what if that was Cinder's goal, to bring down the SDC. When you think of it Cinder's faction is working with the White Fang who are sworn enemies to corporations which use slave like labor of faunuses. Another thing is that they steal dust which could actually weaken the SDC., but I forgot most of it .

You guys are overthinking this a bit, most grim are human-sized or smaller, so any weapon that works on humans would work just fine against Grimm. When you get to the bigger Ursa and the Nevermore-sized Grimm, that's when you start having problems, but usually you'd either take them down as part of a team or just run away from them.
Even then, if a first year with such small weapons as Lie Ren can take on a King Taijitu, then they someone witha weapon like Blake or Pyrrha's should have no problems.

Here's the RWBY - X-COM Run so far, there hasn't really been any hype moments yet so this is a pretty bare-bones missions and roster update.

First the Roster:
There's a few open names I haven't changed to RWBY characters yet, I'll see what you guys want and change them accordingly.
I don't plan on hiring any more rookies, so unless an alien-holocaust happens this will be all the characters I'll use for the run.
Shivs will be named after Grimm, though the first is named after Zwei.
Keep in mind that certain missions give you promoted soldiers as rewards, so that's one way for characters to enter the run.

Again, pretty much flawless victories all around, the only major hiccup was during Shattered King when both Pyrrha and Neptune got critically wounded and Jaune had the only medkit, but the rest of the squad was able to finish the mission before either of them bled out, so they both made it just fine.
As for MVPs, Ruby and Winter land every shot they take, May does just as well but also gets hit by every shot fired at her, Sun, Nora, and Velvet are insane dodge-tanks, Port saves a retard every mission, and Neo always crits.

We just finished the first Exalt mission, so fairly soon we should expect our first terror mission and the subsequent total wrecking of out shit.
