I've been at a Cici's Pizza restaurant when I was in the U.S and got the best garlic bread I ever had.
How do I make the same at home ?

If that's the best you've ever had, you sir have never had good garlic bread.
Preheat your oven to 350F(~175C). Soften 3/4 of a stick of butter and mix in some freshly pressed garlic cloves(2-3 depending on the size of them) and a sprig of fresh basil, chopped. Split a nice baguette vertically in half, and spread your butter mixture on the insides. Place them on a pan with the buttered sides facing up. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes on the top rack, or until the bread is nicely toasted. Remove from the oven and cut into slices, serve.

sounds like it sucks compared to cici's. He isn't going for healthy. He wants the good shit.
Mix 1 stick softened butter with the mixture here >>9433024
and also mix in some olive oil. Just like a tablespoon.
Spread your pizza dough out into a square or circle whatever you want until about 1/4 inch thick. Spread the mixture all over it. cover with a mixture of shredded mozzarella and provolone and sprinkle a little more parm on top. Back until it's cooked. Slice into the rectangles and eat.
