>work in multistory trendy bar
>kitchen is at the top floor
>there's five floors
>there's aprox 25 covers per floor, including outside area
>dumbwaiter / lazy waiter doesn't work because the previous manager used it to crush glass
>food runner has to run food to each floor
>the waitresses don't serve the food because "that's the food runner's job"
>there's ONE food runner per shift

I only lasted three months, but damn, that was great for my cardio.
