try roasting some peppers (not the spicy kind). maybe you could make a salad.
you could try making borscht, but my grandma uses some kind of fermented grain juice that is also called borscht as the base for a soup.
Try taking some peppers, and stuffing them with a mix of rice, vegetables, and meat (with appropiate seasoning offcourse) maybe seal the pepper with a slice of tomato and into the oven for a few hours.
